Well, we have finally gotten all moved into our new home, and we are loving it! Like seriously loving it! We love the neighborhood and how quiet and family friendly it is. We have a lot more space in our new house than we did in our old one, which makes it so much nicer!
We still have several boxes left to unpack, but for the most part, everything is put away and decorated. Kayden is loving her new big room and her new big girl bed. She also loves having carpet, since we had wood floors in the old house. She loves to roll around on the carpet and play chase all through the house.
We've already had a couple block parties with the families on our street, and they were so much fun! There are lots of kids for Kayden to play with, and she already tells me that she wants to go outside and play with her friends! :)
Nick and I celebrated our seven year wedding anniversary this week and as a present to each other on our anniversary every year, we always get something practical usually for the house. Since both of our birthdays are the week before our anniversary, we though this was appropriate. This year, we have decided to get a new door for the front of our house. They are going to come out and put a big piece of glass in it. It's going to look so pretty!
Next week (Thursday) is my sonogram to see whether we are having a boy or girl. I'm very excited and hope that the baby decides to cooperate! Until then....
